32% of Swiss Population are Foreign-born

According to OECD, Switzerland is the leading country with 32% foreign-born population. [link]

In 2019, the government rejected capping EU migration. Now, rejected reviewing EU accords.

Is the EU quietly boiling-frog assimilating Switzerland, and whatever happened to the Swiss neutrality and sovereignty.

As foreigner, it would have been nice if the EU assisted me in the invasion of Switzerland, but no support yet

TBH, passport control at EU airports has been considerably more annoying, errr…strict than Zurich airport. EU countries defend the Schengen Area with more motivation than CH.

The famous Swiss neutrality and sovereignty, fine you can wish to turn the country back into last century where people are poor living from their small farms, cows and tourists in the mountains, but even the Swiss don’t want that.

What do you mean? Switzerland has passport controls for all non-Schengen flights.

Zurich police takes 20-30 secs to do their job. Passport control and police checks at Schiphol and Frankfurt airports? pffff…

That will be the famouse Swiss Efficiency at work…

Nothing happend to Swiss Neutrality and Soverenignty, but a large dose or reality mixed with an equally large dose of Swiss practacality. Switzerland, like Ireland has always been neutral on the side of the West. And that has not changed. And every single trade deal requires a compremise on Sovereignty and the UK knows all about that.

Heidi must be turning in her grave.

Heidi was a German immigrant. She was brought to Switzerland from Frankfurt, when she was orphaned, to live with her Grandfather.

Her Grandfather is portrayed as a Swiss mountain man, originally a soldier in the Kingdom of the Two Sicilies before settling in Switzerland.
