Slight different request, but I have to get hold of some notebooks A4 size, for Arabic/Hebrew so it would be right to left format. No idea where I can get hold of any, does anyone know somewhere that sells some?
Turn one upside down?
(i was thinking of spiral bound, but i guess top bound notepads have no issues)
I don't get it. Isn't it up to you which side you start writing from?
For general stuff of course you can, but I have to get "proper" notebooks right to left.
Show a picture please? A spiral thing notepad can be used either way?
To me it still looks the same, but if that’s the one, you could get it from Amazon:

I’m guessing it needs to have a margin drawn on the right hand side of each page rather than the left.
If you’re not in a desperate hurry to get them Alibaba has them.
