I know this is an oldish thread, but I had dinner last night with a group of friends at Mama Africa, food and service were excellent. I chose this spot as the knowledgeable BokerTov has been there for one of her lunchtime social events (thank you BT and sorry to have copied your idea yet again ). We shared a dish of yummy mixed starters, the mains were delicious - springbok, curried red snapper, for example - and the wines slipped down a treat. I post this because our friendly and efficient waiter told us that this place is due to close down and change its restaurant style next month. I am pretty sure he said they are moving to a more traditional Swiss style of catering but I had had most of a bottle of wine at that point so was a touch inattentive.......
