how do you do the tax form at Aldi in germany? they said no at the kasse last time with me, do i need an app or something? thanks
They should have offered you the form that you have to fill in to get an Aldi duty-free card. When you visit Aldi with such a card their till produces a nice personal tax form.
Except when the amount of shopping is less than 50 Euros. That has likely been the case for OP. I cannot think of any other reason for them to "say no" to a request for a tax deduction form (Ausfuhrschein?).
