Giving up smoking is hard, especially here in Switzerland because there is smoking everywhere and nobody looks down on you if you are lighting up one. Everybody seemed to be smoking! I found out that cigg`s could be your best friend around here when you are new and do not know anybody. That is pathetic I will try to quit again.....hopefully without getting big and deal with digestion problems
