I have recently started RAV and ALK payments. I am still partially unable to work due to sickness. I was surprised to find out that ALK deducts a full day (out of the 400) even though I am 50% able to work (I get paid 50% by sickness insurance). For some reason, I believed they would pay and deduct half days. In this case, how does it work with zwischenverdienst. Someone said that they add days to the 400 if I get a job for a few days. It is all very confusing! Thank you!

I work 50%, they pay the other 50%.
It's all based on hours, NOT days.
Thus, they pay 70% of the 50%.
