Interestingly enough I used to teach there in Connecticut.

It was formerly the Lotte Berk Method which has been based in NY.

Anywyas , moved to NY taugtthere for 10 years and now have landed in Lausanne where I opened ..pilates-et-moi.ch

We feature core barre which is technically the Same as barre mehod with a feww additions

We are looking to expand and offer classes in Geneva..then Zurich!

Have to find a location where we can offer in Zurich.

Meanwhile, we do barre workshops and have 20 classes a week.

My girfriend and barre teacher is coming from NY and we will be doig some fun workshop at the beginnin of September if ur interested.
