I am in the process of compiling and completing the various documents needed for facilitated naturalization. As part of this there are a few forms that require authorizations or declarations, specifically:
Ermächtigung zur Einholung von Auskunften
und
Erklärung betreffend Beachten der öffentlichen Sicherheit und Ordnung
At the bottom of both of these documents there is the usual section for name, signature etc and then below that there is a space for: "Unterschriften des/der gesetzlichen Vertreter(s)"
Does this mean I need these documents to be signed in the presence of a witness/legal representative? Or is this just in the instance I had legal representation in general?
It's not particularly clear and it doesn't specifically state the need for this elsewhere... It is only included on these two particular documents...
