Basel Stadt- C permit Non-EU

Dear Experts,

I am non-eu, 5 years in Switzerland, language requirements met(A2 schreiben, B1 - sprechen)

Of 5 years, 4 years in Zurich and 1 year in Basel stadt.

I want to apply for early C-permit, and working on documentation.

How/Where can I get a form/letter which states that I did not receive social assistance is last 5 years ?

I know how we can get for ZH but dont know for Basel stadt.

Could someone point me to correct form/link where I can request such a letter?

Do I have to submit letter from ZH and BS canton ? Or only BS is enough?

Any other tips most appreciated!

Ask at your commune. And give them both, probably not necessary but it will show them how Swiss you have already become.

In Basel-Stadt, you go to the Sozialhilfe office at Klybeckstrasse 15.

And for the Betreibungsregisterauszug, the Betreibungsamt is at Aeschenvorstadt 56.
