Bern Mechanic + Replacement Seats

Was wondering if anyone knows a good (preferably English speaking) decently-priced mechanic in the Bern area? I've just moved and bought a car and need some mostly electronic stuff fixed (ACC, boot close motor etc). I am unsure if it is better in this case to go to a dealer - my cars up until now have not been electronic as this.

Also anyone know a wreckers or good sources to source a new seat (the one I have is too sporty and disagrees with my back)? I've found stuff which is close (some from DE), but I know DE can't sell them with the seatbelts/airbags. That's fine if I can find someone to install it, which I would prefer.

Independent car mechanics charge at least 130 CHF per hour. Dealership hourly rates are a bit higher. 130-140 CHF per hour is the decently priced option, from there…the sky is the limit. Also, don’t be surprised if you’re given an appointment 1-3 weeks later.
