best coffee bar in zürich?

naja, next to HB is rather relative here, eh? its neugasse, off langstrasse.

plus what means their own coffee? the roast their own you mean? yeah, its

quiet delicious, true.

Well, it's a 5-10 min walk from HB, depending where you are

And yes, they roadt their own coffee - they have a "Hausmarke", and other roasts. The roaster used to be in the store, but seems they moved it; last week when I was there after a long time, it wasn't there anymore.

Just in case you want to go on experimenting, you can also try Grande Cafe & Bar, Motta (both on Limmatquai), Benzin & Koffein on Aemtlerstrasse. Enjoy

Definitely Café Noir, but there is an old VW Vanagon that has been converted into a coffee shop that is amazing called Campesino! It has amazing cofffee and even has drip coffee.

Noir and La stanza, though the former is the best.

La Stanza or Cafe Museum Rietberg.

that the cafe of the nicest Museum we have also serves good coffee is amazing

And to re-open the discussion...

Cafe New Zealand on Langstrasse (in the Langstars Hostel)! Really great coffee!!!

Try a flat white and talk to Sam a bit if you need a bit of coffee education

Kafischnaps in rotbuchstrasse..amazing coffee and now that is summer you can drink it outdoors!

Actually does anyone know of coffee places that are on the low-price side? Some great suggestions here but as a student I don't want to go to a pricy place. A nice place with nice ambience but reasonably priced must exist... even in Zurich. Haha. I live in oerlikon so suggestions around my area OR around Niederdorf in Zurich would be helpful

yeah niederdorf, the most central and touristy ripoff place fo shizzl will have cheap coffee, especially as its overtaken by starbucks. no chance to get below 3.50 served in a papercup at spettacolo or equivalent booths. place to sit and sip from proper cups: plan on a fiver.

Try the BISTRO AMORE, beside the Moroccan Restaurant Sousou in General Wille Strasse Close to Tessinerplatz, Bahnhof Enge and FIFA Museum

coffee starts at 3.50 for ristretto, 4.50 for crema, 5chuffs for cappucino/latte

so quiet usual prices.
