Does anybody know where I can find spare parts for Bigla garden chairs (see photo)

You could ask them . They still exist though they make office furniture and hospital beds now.

Alternatively, there is a place in the Viaduct, Zurich - bogen33 who repair and sell these sorts of things and they would know.
