Birth Certificate from UAE

Hello Good Morning

I am working and living in CH for more than 5 years. My partner is swiss national and I applied for Erleichtert Einbürgern.

I was born in Sharjah as my father was working there at that time. Now authorities asked me to submit fresh Birth Certificate. Is there someone who applied for Birth Certificate online while residing in CH? I contacted UAE Embassy but did not get relevant information other than health minister will issue it

Is it possible to apply from here or give authority letter to someone in UAE ,list of documents required for online process? As I was not successful to collect concrete information regarding this topic on forum/google as well?
