My wife, who I came to Europe for has decided to leave me, and really I do not have much of any support system here and need some major help - depression.
I am also contemplated whether to do in person or online.
Thanks

Hope this helps. All the best.
You can call here - they can find you something to meet in English: The phgone number is right down the bottom of the page...

To get covered by health insurance you will need to check what is necessary - for me I used a 'hausartz modell' so my local doctor referred me for treatment by a psychiatrist - who can either treat me directly or can refer me to a psychologist within their team.
Yes, there are heaps of good therapists in Zurich that can speak English.
I know this one may not be taking new patients, but he will certainly talk to you on the phone (in perfect English) and give you all the information needed about where you can get help: https://www.onedoc.ch/en/medical-pra...d-zeiler-bjorn - he is a psychiatrist who has several psychologists also working in the team, and he also has 20+ years experience in the Zurich system and knows about all the walk-in and clinic options.
