Hi
thanks for advices.
You are completely right.
Kitchen cost is 35.000 CHF... which is for me a bit crazy even though the work surface is granite.
Flooring cost is 110 CHF.
I am also shocked that we don't have choice for the suppliers. Only 1 per kind of work ( I mean 1 for kitchen, 1 for bathroom ....).
It means we cannot even make them compete to get more for cheaper price.
I will try to negociate this week.
Thanks
Most tile show rooms will let you take samples of tiles home for a week or so you can see them in daylight and under artificial light and also makea decision at your leisure.
For natural tiles for a kitchen you can also chuck stuff like cooking oil on them to see how much they soak up (a tile shop suggested that we did this).
Well, a bit late in the discussion.
If it is not too late, your best bet at this point would be to spend a few more francs and get yourself a lawyer experienced in real estate. Let him intercede for you. This will cost you several hundred francs, but will be better for your peace of mind, and you will not get pushed around. Almost any lawyer in the business will do...they are all more honest than you think, and, if there is no conflict of interest (ask), you will end up happier. Be sure to make an appointment and explain what you would like to achieve. He will negotiate on your behalf, and whatever he presents to you as your go-between will be WYSIWYG.
I did this five years ago when buying a house and was completely satisfied. This is the only expedient way to get around the obstacles in your way when you are not a Swiss national.
Good luck.

Thanks all to your comments.
So just to let you know we succeed to get 25.000CHF price reduction for the flat+parkplatz eventhough we already reserved it.
We tried to get the parking for free (35.000) but it didn't work so we agreed on 25.000.
We're happy anyway and we should move before end of summer.
