I'm a British citizen living here since 2015. Was on a B permit for 6 years ( on and off on RAV a few times). I was on RAV this year between Jan - June , then I found a permanent job. At the time I signed off from RAV I still had 380 days balance. Three months ago I did the language test and got C permit.
Today my employer terminated my contract giving me one month notice. My last day at work would be on 31-December. And if I don't find another job, from Jan-2022 I will be with RAV again

No it won't. RAV money is basically unemployment insurance that you are entitled to because you paid the contributions while employed.
Only getting on social benefits (Sozialhilfe) can affect your C permit, and even then the guidelines are that you can consume 50000 CHF of those benefits (or 80000 as a family) before they start considering revoking your permit.
