Why? Its freshly ground coffee sealed in pods and then released under 19 Bar of steam. You can obviously taste the difference between Nespresso and a real Italian, but its closer to that than it is to an instant coffee.
I agree with you , i have a nespresso machine as well as an italian perculator, coffe from both tastes good. Id reccomend an nespresso for simple convenience and tasty coffee...
you're right but at least two of the locations have a coffee house attached, I've taken business contacts there before because it's an institution. Here's a nice sum-up from a travel blog:
She urgently needs a coffee to pass some time ? So you've been asked and now you're asking us ? For a coffee? To pass time? I don't get it. Is she an adult? We need more information.
BTW, afterwards, let us know where she passed her time and if she'd recommend the coffee...
yep, right! maybe not that cosy to sit for hours but best coffee around and not served in paper cups plus not that smoked in as spectacolo and the like...
Hi, just joined EF and look forward to chatting with all of you. I'm a NYC transplant and was wondering if there were any recommendations for comfy cafes with wi-fi where one can (reasonably) work on a laptop for a few hours at a time? That is, without feeling pressured to buy a 5 CHF cup of coffee every 20 minutes or feel ostracized for plugging away on a computer? Terrific coffee and central location (kreis 1, 2 or 8) would be pluses.
Apologies if this thread has already started earlier.
Look forward to your suggestions and thanks in advance!
I am at Cafe Schober most weekdays - for me it's the best cafe/patisserie in Zurich. It's on the Niederdorf. You can sit outside and watch the people - don't know if they have wifi, but I bring my own internet.
