I recently returned from holiday where some sand got stuck in my camera's retractable lens, and now it refuses to open Does anyone have recommendations for a camera repair shop in Basel-Stadt (or thereabouts) where I might be able to get it fixed? Thanks so much!

Can't help with the shop. but I had similar and the sand scratched the glass - bin job!Sand and cameras do not mix.
Depends what kind of camera actually. I had the same some time ago and still have the camera.
