I wouldn't worry too much. Mine's also scratched, but mainly from pans. This one just scratches a lot easier than the induction hob we had in our previous apartment.
The stove’s as well as the glass plate’s write-off time is 15 years, so in two years it will be down to half its original value. Even if the scratches did reduce its value (which may well be open to debate) they don’t render it useless. The monetary damage, if any at all, is only a fraction of what’s not written off already.
As for those scrapers, they’re quite useful. But mind the printer business model and make sure the seller doesn’t use the replacement blades as the profit maker. Perhaps consider Landi .
