Orange has a 100chf fine if you decide to cancel the contract. I think it unfair. Not sure if you can call the customer service.
Why do you think it is unfair?
The contract is there to define the rights of both parties - if you don't like it then don't sign it, but saying a financial penalty for breaking a financial contract is unfair makes no sense.
I totally agree with the bold part below. To me this kind of contracts (talking only about the service - no phone or other device included) is a service. You pay for the service, once you decide to cancel it you should be able to do so without paying a fine.
You can - it's called a pre-pay contract. Or you can get a monthly contract from Sunrise that doesn't have a penalty.
You just chose the wrong contract, or didn't read it fully.
It's not about getting a prepaid, or a contract. In my opinion, you don't use the service and you let them know in advance so you should not pay.
