Didn’t claim anything on any of my cars for around 8-9 years before but made now 2 claims within a year of approximately 3,500.- total. I think other motorists are much less careful here these days when parking, seem to not give 2 hoots about damaging my precious car. ☹️
Just wondered how often people on here claim off their car insurance, I have some biggish scratches I will claim as parking damage (without excess) but am apprehensive as I made another claim for that a year ago... does anyone think they might not be happy to pay it (about 1,500 CHF)?

Cars have cameras to help parking, zero scratches.
Only claim I've made over 4 years was a stone cracking the windshield. Around 900 CHF.
Believe the OP is referring to having the car damaged by other parties while parked. Basically hit and run.
We have put in 3 claims since 2015.
First was husbands fault, he reversed into a pillar.
Second was a lorry's fault, drove into the back of us in the UK, they still haven't closed that case as the lorry driver said it was our fault, it has been open since 2019
Third I got cut up by someone on a roundabout (6 weeks after the lorry incident), it was their fault so their insurance paid out.
They've not cancelled our insurance yet!

With Vollkasko you can usually claim one damage / year without impacting your premium. Best to read your contract.
Same. My insurance allows me one claim every year without impacting premiums.
And my main claim has been parking damage i.e. when people have scratched my car.
But I also have a self pay amount which basically covers part of the claim
