Car Insurance on Comparis?

When I got a quote from AXA they entered it as a valid policy on the database.

I said 'What if I don't buy the car?'

They said 'If you buy the car and register it with the MFK then the policy becomes active. If this in not done within 28 days it becomes void at no expense.'

I did go into the office with a photocopy of the grey card for a quote though, and I was a customer anyway.

Less than 5 minutes by phone (if you are already a customer).

No one should get angry if go to a insurance office with a Comparis print out to start negotiations.

Note: To register the car and get plates there must be an active quote in the system of the SAN/StVA. A print out of a Comparis "quote" will not do it.

Not really, I always did that. Comparis seems to be friendly with most of those companies actually and everybody from that business knows that most people always ended up looking at Comparis anyway.
