Annoying that I didn't challenge him straight away, that what he has left is so awful and cr@p looking and that it is simply something I wouldn't really expect here. Anyway, rant over but not sure what could have been said - is such behaviour acceptable here?
Came home with the kids to see what I thought was a guy carving into a tree which is by our block next to a play area, wasn't 100% and had the kids bikes etc to deal with so didn't immediately challenge them. After sorting the family went to check and the guy had gone but had carved a messy W into the tree.
