Most of the tests I’ve found were around chf150. Did anybody find a cheaper test?

The temporary testing center at the HB for the Christmas market was doing 99 franc PCR tests and 25Franc antigen tests.
Unilabs did it for CHF 135.
UK requires just the lateral flow test, right?
Also would appreciate any suggestions from EFers for affordable PCR tests in Zurich and willing to travel to Germany for PCR tests for the whole family.
I've posted this elsewhere but I'll share here as well. These guys aren't up and running anywhere but Bern for now, but they have plans for other locations:
PCR saliva test is presently 30 CHF (they keep changing price)
Antigen test is 20 CHF
Note: You must have a valid Swiss insurance card and an ID. They do check. I am not sure how or if they handle tourists.

@eneryale We tested in Laufenburg Germany for €80 at drs offices. Suggest you look for your closest border doctor and give them a call?

Edit regarding the company I've mentioned -
It looks like the government is covering the cost of antigen and pool PCR tests (again) for the moment. However, it's not clear from the website whether one also receives a travel certificate or just a certificate that works with the Swiss App.
Both times I tested with the company, the rule was that those without symptoms had to self-pay for tests. I received a certificate that was in German and English. The certificate did not include an ID number and didn't specifically state it was for travel, but it was accepted by airlines and governments without problem.
The website now advertises a saliva PCR test with a certificate in English, and with your passport number on the certificate , and claims it's the cheapest in Switzerland for 99 CHF. Not sure whether the price claim is true. It also claims guaranteed results in 36 hours, which could be useful for those needing a certificate less than 48 hours old.

For the UK PLF (passenger locator form) you will have to show the booking reference for PCR Day 2 , that has to be booked and paid for prior to travel.
I made the mistake of booking PCR, for two days after arrival and was going crazy to find the booking reference number for the PLF. That was then cancelled and correct booking made for PCR Day 2 (I did not know there was a difference).
At departure when they see your completed PLF, they know you have booked a PCR Day 2 test, as only possible to finish the PLF with the booking reference.
