You will find it very easy to find a job in Switzerland as soon as you have a Swiss degree. Open UK university or other foreign university won't have this effect.

I don't have any management experiences to be accepted into an MBA program, but I heard other general Swiss master's degrees have an age limit on the students (it's for people who are still in their 20s..)
Yes, I think 33 is the cut off age for starting a degree at unis here.
I would focus on getting your German skills up to speed then you can look for work in a much wider range of jobs.
A Swiss degree might make it easier to find a job, just not very easy. Especially if you are new to that area and do not speak German.
I could be wrong but I don't think you need management experience to get into an MBA program.. just enough number of years of work experience and GMAT score etc..
Agreed in most of the cases.
But given the OP's background (data analyst in tech and finance), I don't think she need German at all. German is good to have but not a must to look for a job in this field.
At the end, as you married and plan to settle here, just go for the German courses besides your job search.
