Tonight is the last full moon of the year; the Moon Before Yule, or Cold Moon. Rising just after 11 p.m., it will drift towards Mars and then obscure it. I hope our puffy clouds part in time to see it! That’s if I’m still awake after raking piles and piles of leaves…
Tonight is the blue moon + "supermoon." It will appear 14% larger than usual. Last night it was very bright where I am.
The Harvest Moon rises on Sept 29. It's my favourite moon of the year.

This morning the beautiful full Wolf Moon hung golden over the snowy mountains.
It was beautiful last night when I got home too.
I took my kids (and kid-in-law) to the airport this morning at 5am. The moon looked awesome.
