My wife is a US citizen who lived and worked in Geneva from 2017 to 2019, before moving to London in 2019. I’m now trying to get a refund on her vested benefits and have been advised I need to supply official confirmation of her de-registration from Switzerland.
Do you know how I can provide this? I know she would have received a document when leaving but I think this has been lost now. Is it something the Consulate in London would assist with, or would I need to get in touch with Geneva authorities?
