Controlling a skid in the snow..

the only way to control a skid is practice, you can read all the (mostly wrong) answers people give, but come poo & fan time you'll forget it anyway, practice practice practice

Just on a side note when there is snow / ice about the first thing I do is work out just how much traction and braking I have, so accelerate hard and see when the wheels start spinning (or the tcs goes mad) then brake heavy to see when the car starts to skid, then drive well withing those boundaries

If your feeling really brave drive on slicks in the wet, you'll get all the practice you'll even need.

Expose one too many conspiricies and who knows, brakes can be tampered with..... an old CIA black ops programme if I am not mistaken. Follow the money.....

just joking, thats an interesting thread you started.
