My kid had corona in December. He is 9yo and had to isolate himself for 10days. Me as his parent had to stay with him so I was out of work for 10 days.
Together with my partner we run a restaurant, but we have work contracts too. While I couldn’t go to work, someone had to cover me , means that I had to pay someone instead of myself.
In this case do I have right to ask for lost work hours ( in French allocation pour perte de gain) because I cannot really find any info.
I tried to contact GastroSocial (our avs compensation caisse) and they sent me to swica ( health insurance for our restaurant). Swica would pay just if I was ill myself . Gastro social does not give me any answers.
