If you have Swiss plates on your car, I doubt you will even be stopped. But take all the documents your have with you in case. Especially your vaccination cert/App...
This seems to imply that if you're Swiss and went on holiday in Germany, you need an entry form and a test to come back. But if you're German and want to enter Switzerland you don't need an entry form or a test.
I know Austria you either need a PCR or have Booster to stay, but if you are transiting the country then this is not needed. But obviously check each countries websites as the rules are forever changing.....
Coming back into Switzerland you need to do a test after you come back, but not to enter, but again check the websites and the goal posts are always moving. When you fill out a Swiss locator form (which you must do before returning) this is registered and you get messages to remind you... and a link to upload your test result... (had this after returning from Italy end of last year)
