Seems perfectly clear to me. It’s quite common in English to have two 'that’s together, like “you’re not telling me that that’s life?” and indeed if you were talking about an object then it’s not difficult to get all three “he said that that’s that one”. A bit contrived, perhaps, but not much.

I’m sightly reminded, also very slightly on topic, of a phone-in number I once heard on French radio on my drive to work. The number was (deliberately written here without punctuation) quatre vingt quinze quatre vingt quinze.
That’s four twenty fifteen four twenty fifteen .
I can’t remember now if the actual number was 801595 or 958015, only guessable if you knew the format of phone numbers at that time.
Still with numbers but back to German, I’ve seen Swiss (German) people writing phone numbers down units first then tens, as it’s being dictated, so for “79” they write down first 9 then 7 to the left of it.
I know people say English is a complicated language but at least our numbers make sense.
Yes, at least the francophone Swiss have seen sense and dropped all the nonsense the French still use for 70-99
