would anyone share the experience with private nursery in Neuchatel?

We are primarily considering le Cocon, as the nearest one. Maybe someone has heard anything about it? Or any other private nursery not far from the station?

Our almost one-year-old son is currently going to a public nursery, but we are really unhappy with it, as we really have problems with them. Our boy is given food he should not eat, that causes him digestive problems (like carrots). And he is not given the foods he absolutely must eat to gain weight (like meat). All despite our requests and reminders.

Well, there were also other cases when our requests were ignored completely.

Not even mentioning, that for us it looks like they rather "make sure that kids don't kill each other" than take care of their well-being and development.

I am happy to hear advice and experience. First time mum here, so all the opinions are welcome

Well I suppose making sure they don't kill each other also contributes to their wellbeing , but I understand where you're coming from and I think you have the right approach switching to a private one.

I have no personal experience of crèches in Neuchâtel but Crèche L’Isle comes highly recommended by friends.

It’s a private crèche principally for PMI employees but there are also places for non employees which can be subsidised by the canton depending on income and family situation.

It’s in Areuse so not central although it is right next to the tram stop.
