Do you know if it's possible to also return or exchange a product bought in one of their physical stores? The web boasts 365 days for returns but the details talk about orders made online. I'm confused, have to call them.
Are you registered with them as a customer?
I took some knee supports I had bought 4 years ago and never worn. Did not have the receipt. They looked up my customer name on their computer, found the knee supports on my purchases and price and gave me the money back without batting an eyelid. I was amazed.
No I'm not registered. I just walked in their store and bought the things.

If you have the original receipt, no problem. One advantage of being registered with them, is that all your purchases are on your profile, so you don't need the receipt.
