I can honestly says that faddy diets and celebrity endorsed diet plans arent always the bestfor you and your body.
I have lost nearly 20kg since May all by cutting the processed white sugary stuff ( including chocolate, cakes, etc), ditch the bread, and if you must have pasta go for gluten free but limit that.
I have followed something ( only lightly) called the paleo diet. I have to say its not endorsed by anyone, doenst do meal packs deliveered to your dorr and give you cruddy milkshakes full of preservatives and artifical Sweetners!

Quite happy to share tips and advice about what i have done, my best chum recently got me to help them out and has lost 7 kg so far!
That way you dont need to spend a fortune on Jenny Craig or Weight Watchers meals....
