how much do we have to pay if we cannot attend the doctor appointment in Switzerland?

Really depends on a few things like howuch notice you give, whether they can find a substitute, whether they are stickler for rules, whether you have a habit of doing this etc etc etc

So to be clear, is it the case that you just didn't turn up right and/or did not give them any reasonable advance notice that you would not be turning up? If so then it is completely normal to charge for the doctors time that you wasted and your only option is to call them and speak to them to appeal to their generosity in reducing or removing the charge.
If you cancel 24 hours in advance they normally wouldn't bill you. If you simply "no show" they would have a right to bill you. If you're a regular patient and you just forget and it's just once, they'll probably forgive you.
As said above, just depends. How much notice you gave or none. If a GP, or a specialist. 3 weeks ago, I went for an endoscopy and a lady phoned to cancel her appointment for that afternoon (it was 11 am). The receptionist explained that they could not possibly fill that appointment with someone else at short notice. She also explained that a) they have a long waiting list and it was very unfair to cancel at short notice as no-one could be given the appointment and b) they have very specialised and expensive equipment that will be lying dormant during that time- and a specialist nurse and a specialist doctor- and that the cost is massive. She knew I had heard, and apologised, and explained this woman had asked for an urgent appointment and had made a huge fuss to bring her appointment forwards from end of March, and they had done everything to get her an earlier appointment!
Her reason? Her daughter could not take her and she thought a taxi was too expensive. Why should the doctor/practice lose 500.- + for a missing patient?
So, if you did not turn up, 120.- is cheap, very cheap.
