I use www.kosmetik-madonna.ch near Wettsteinplatz in Basel, ask for the owner Petra Frey, for pedicure also on Saturdays her sister Inka is available, the prices are great compared to some of the more "pretentions" salons in Basel which I have seen and my friends visited.
Regarding facials, I used to get them fairly regularly in the UK at my local Clarins skin spa and finally gave in a couple of months ago to the CH price and went for a facial at the Clarins skin spa at Stucki (shopping centre in Kleinhuningen) and have to say I really enjoyed it. Of course it is expensive at around 150chf a go but I found it very good and the woman beauty therapist really took her time, it wasn't rushed, very relaxing and I got lots of samples to take away. I decided to splash out on a package of 6 facials for the price of 5 and after moaning a bit about the price difference between here and the UK (lol!) and that you also collect the clarins time for me points on treatments (not the case here) she added in an eye and lip wax treatment for every time I go for a facial in that set of 6, worth 40chf so can't complain about that!!
Regarding massage, I have been for a lomi lomi, classical/sports massage and most recently a thai massage (though a "soft" version!) at the Dampfbad St Johann and I would definitely recommend them all and not bad prices either.

For nails, not that I have any experience with that, but in Lorrach there is a nail salon and I'm sure prices there are a lot cheaper than in Basel... on Turmstrasse, think it's called american nails?
