Does unpaid leave after maternity leave consider as a break in C permit application?

Hi all,

I am curious if the unpaid leave (but still being employed) is considered as a break by Swiss law.

I consider taking few more months as unpaid leave after the maternity leave. For the C permit application, I know that they request last-5-year- uninterrupted working proof. Does anyone know if unpaid leave will be considered a break or interruption in this case (and be a reason to deny the C permit application)?

According to the letter I got from the Zurich municipality, these are the conditions for early C permit (after 5 years in CH):

I don't know if these conditions relax if we apply after residing 10 years in CH. If so, please let me know.
