Domestic transfer to 2nd pillar taking over a week?

I've paid to my 2nd pillar but so far I have not seen any update on my account The 2nd pillar representatives assured me that as soon as the amount gets credited I'll see an update on my account. The transfer is marked as executed in my bank account. Is it normal?

I wonder what should I do, if anything

oh, as I wrote in the title, the transfer was deemed as executed more than 7 days ago

My best guess is that domestic transfer should take 2-3 days, no longer. Obviously I'm not happy to have to chase my money out there, but what's more relevant I hope it will be credited on my 2nd pillar this year.
