I was wondering if i can appear for driving test in other EU countries like Germany. I dont know if its allowed or not.

No, you can‘t just pop over the border, do the test and then get back here and swap it for a Swiss one.
You say other, implying CH is EU. It isn’t.
The Swiss process may be expensive, complicated and long, but afterwards you will be a better driver than our neighbours, in particular the French. (Can’t speak for DE, AT).
You could. But you will need 6 months of residency in Germany (German law § 7 FEV )
It won't help you if you find a country which is more relaxed regarding residency, as Swiss law stipulates that you will need to have residency in the other country for at least 3 months, otherwise the license is void in Switzerland. ( Art. 42 Abs. 4 VZV and Art. 45 Abs. 6 VZV ). This means no residency in Switzerland during this time. If you want to get a foreign license while on holiday you must be out of Switzerland for at least 12 months ( ASA Guideline No. 1 Section 312).
