They shouldn't just wash the stuffed toys but preserve the original texture and form.
I checked with a local dry cleaners near Kreuzplatz and several Terlindens but they all don't provide this service.
Thanks in advance!

I have washed many stuffed animals over the years. I have never dry cleaned them and I don't recommend this. Put them in a pillowcase, (make sure the pillowcase can stay closed. Wash in cold water on a gentle cycle, use woolite or similar product for gentles. They can also go in the dryer, just on air dry, keep them in the pillowcase, and put in a tennis ball in the dryer. (place it in a sock first). This will make a lot of noise but helps keeps things fluffy. The alternative is washing the toys in the bathtub, pressing out the water with a towel, and air drying them, preferably outside but not in direct sun. A blow dryer can make them very soft again.
The only problem I have encountered is with the dog toys that have squeeky things inside of them, which get water logged. Also, never wash a stuffed animal that has a musical box in it. With the more expensive toys, the musical box can normally be removed.
Good luck.
