Nordstern has a pretty good scene. New place called excellent played some hard beats last weekend, spoke to the DJ and he puts that stuff all the time.
Club X-tra in Zurich...They have some nice dnb or dubstep nights.
I've been there for Chase & Status 2 month ago!
