It got fried because of the lighting, only the modem and nothing else.
And despite the fact that it was not physically connected (electrical plug and phone line plug). Yet it was the lighting as per our Swiss geniuses.
Anyway, after a few strategic complains I had the charge removed. I did not leave feedback for that *** alleged professional to avoid being impolite and waste time.
To me the "Swiss service" is rather a display of "means" (money) as opposed to do it properly.
