I am starting this fall am occasional weekend training in Lugano. Im planning to fully relocate in the area, speaking great English and inter. Italian. I am a marketing professional with many years of experience, but need to learn how the job hunting in the area works the best. Head hunters, approaching companies directly, answering ads (does not work so far) etc. In case it will be hard to manage, I am thinking about work in Milan or Zurich. Please give me your feedback and most effective way to job hunt.
