ETAP reservation at Paris

Hello All,

I have a hotel reservation for 6 people at ETAP hotel in Paris for 21st and 22nd. The reservation is under my name, for some reason I will not be able to make it to Paris, but rest 5 of them are going. I wanted to call the Hotel reception and convey this that I am not coming but the rest 5 of them are still going to be there, but I am not able to reach the number which they have given.

Is it necessary that the person on whom the reservation is made should be present ?

any ideas/suggestion ?

Which ETAP is it, there are 15 in Paris? Check the ETAP Hotels website to see if they give a different number.

It may depend on whether you’ve paid any money in advance. If so, then they may not be happy that you don’t turn up, especially if you haven’t managed to contact them.
