fast or normal c permit related to jobs

Hi There

I am aware that applying a fast track c permit or regular c permit for non-EU citizenship is a hot topic here and I've seen many interesting discussions.

However, I have a question that for Non-EU citizenship, to apply this after 5-fully-year or 10-full-year (with a B-permit), is it also required that you stay in one same company during these 5 or 10 years?

we know that for non-EU B permit, it is binded with the company, what about when you change your job, old/new jobs do not have any time gap + you stay living in the same canton/gemeide during those years.

Does employ(S) matter in this case (e.g. reset your timer)?

First, many EU citicen, such as Romanian, Polish, Croatians, or Swedes are in the very same boat as you: No special privileges.

Second, you do not have to stay with the same company. But for early C based on good integration (Art. 34 Abs. 4 AIG and Art. 62 Abs. 1 VZAE) you need to be employed the whole time (with exceptions).
