Fees from Serafe about television fees

Hi all:

I just received a bill about my television fees in 2021 and 2022 for about 660 chf. However, I never use my television in my home.

Am I obliged to pay this fee and is there any way to argue about it?

You pay for the possibility, when you own a mobile or a Car , you have To pay the serafe , about 330 sfr per year.

If I have already paid this bill for next year and am leaving in Switzerland in February, can I get a partial refund of this bill?

Yes. When you de register from Switzerland send a copy of the de registration paper to Serafe and they will refund the excess.
