Food Intolerances

What actually is the difference between the Migros and Coop lactose free fresh milks?

I have also found lactose free mozzarella (believe it or not), natural yoghurt & even ice-cream at Migros.

I buy the Migros, Coop and Aldi lactose free fresh milks interchangeably, and (without being facetious) the only things I've noticed is that Aldi is cheaper, Migros is sweeter and Migros and Coop have screw-top cartons whilst Aldi comes in a box you have to cut open. Oh, and that Aldi never has more than 4 cartons on the shelf so I can't stock up on the cheap stuff as much as I'd like. I prefer Migros for taste, and don't like the Coop half fat stuff.

Incidentally, you can buy an over-the-counter medication here called Lacdigest, which is useful to have on hand if you have a lactose intolerance, as it allows you to digest small amounts of lactose - for example if you are invited out to dinner and offered something with cheese sauce. My doctor recommended it to me. It's not covered by insurance, but it wasn't outrageously expensive for a bottle of 50 pills (I'm afraid I can't remember how much), and so far one pill has been fine for me when I've needed (or sometimes just wanted) to take one.

I'd like to compile a list of cafes or restaurants in Switzerland where you can order lactose free milk drinks, eg milk coffee, cappuccino.

I live in Luzern, but am often in other parts of the country looking for a milk coffee. So far I've found one in Bern 'Tibits' with soya-almond milk coffee.

Please feel free to add to this almost non-existent list!
