My Audi has quite a bit of chrome all around and I want to make it more "black optics". This includes the front grill. I already bought a new black one (didn't want to wrap the existing one) and tried to replace it already last weekend.
A tutorial video from YT showed it is possible without removing the bumper, but unfortunately looks like I cannot get to 2 important screws without actually removing the bumper (might be a difference of mounting between a pre- vs. post-facelift version, but not sure).
As this would probably be a few hours work, anyone would like to help out with the job to save some time?
I would suggest booking a slot in a self-garage (there are 2 I know: one close to Winterthur and one in Oerlikon), where we would have all the tools incl. the lift for the car. Any other suggestions welcome!
