I love squeeze bottles in the kitchen, too. Those with dosage lines on the sides are cool. I use them for plating sauces/flavoured oils and sriracha. If they are tall and skinny, their smaller surface area excludes more air than jars do, especially if you squeeze slightly before putting the lid back on. And they avoid contamination with spoons, etc. I’m thinking of getting a baby-bottle drying rack to store the empties.
Yes, the printed scales are very useful. I use them for higher-viscosity stuff as well like ketchup, mayo, etc. They’re pretty much permanently in use, a rack would be a waste of space for me (I don’t have small ones <2.5dl, but even if I did I’d probably stand them upright and covered in a box).
