Not a similar problem at all. The OP's husband was an EU citizen and has the right to reside in Switzerland if he can support himself and his family. You are non-EU and therefore do not have the right to reside and work here unless a company proves that they can not find a suitable employee with-in the EU.
hi what I am asking is about the ausreisekarte and whether they went to court, as you say maybe people from EU they won't get that card. for me is similar because they had to leave and needed a lawyer.
This is actually not in the relevant federal law, it is a friendly practise of certain cantons.
